Eligibility for membership in the Board of Directors, the right to vote, and the ability to chair or be a member of committees.
Ordinary members gain membership in the General Assembly and may also become members of the Board of Directors if nominated and elected. Regular membership is open to individuals and organizations, following the membership guidelines set by the system, executive regulations, and rules established by the National Center for the Non-Profit Sector.
Regular Member Duties
- Annual subscription fee of 500 riyals.
- Collaborating with the association and its staff to accomplish its objectives.
- Refraining from any actions that could harm the association.
- Commitment to the decisions of the General Assembly.
Conditions for obtaining Regular Membership
- The individual’s age should be at least 21 years.
- Must be fully qualified.
- Display good behaviour and conduct.
- Commitment to pay membership fees.
- The association requires the submission of a membership application in the specific format provided by the centre.
- The applicant must hold a university degree or possess relevant international and local certifications at a minimum in their specialized field.
Regular Member Rights and Benefits
- The right to attend and vote in the General Assembly.
- Chairing a committee if the necessary experience and skills are available.
- Receive basic information about the association’s activities periodically.
- Preference to participate in the internal and external representation of the association.
- Nomination for membership in the association’s board of directors.
- Inviting the General Assembly to hold an extraordinary meeting in solidarity with 25% of the members who have the right to attend the General Assembly.

Supporting Member
Eligibility for membership in the Board of Directors, providing the association with financial support, priority in elections and voting, and the ability to chair and be a member of committees.
The founding member of the association or a new member who meets the requirements for general membership and has been approved by the Board of Directors must pay regular membership fees. Additionally, they are expected to make a donation of at least 100,000 riyals from their personal account to the association.
Duties of the Supporting Member
- Members are required to donate a minimum of 100,000 Saudi riyals from their personal account to the association before the start of the next election date. If the donation is made after this date or in the presence of a temporary board of directors, it will be disregarded. The donation is applicable for the first elections following the donation.
- Cooperating with the association and its employees to achieve its goals.
- Not to do anything that might harm the association.
- Commitment to the decisions of the General Assembly.
Rights and benefits of the Supporting Member
- Supporters who have the same rights as regular members, including the right to vote in the association’s board of directors elections, can attend and vote in the General Assembly. The number of votes they have is determined by the total amount they have paid in membership fees and unrestricted donations during the term of the current board of directors. This calculation is made ten working days prior to the upcoming elections. The number of votes is divided by the value of the regular membership fee for nomination in one election cycle.
- If the supporting member is a legal entity, they must appoint a representative authorized under Article (Ten) of the Executive Regulations to vote and exercise their rights.
- Supporters have the right to receive regular updates on the association’s activities.
- Supporters can review the association’s records and financial documents at its headquarters.
- Inviting the General Assembly to hold an extraordinary meeting in solidarity with 25% of the members who have the right to attend the General Assembly.
Associate Member

For hobbyists, students, and those interested in the craft sector.
To become an asociate member of the association, a person must practice the specialty of the association and apply for membership. If it is found that the person does not meet one of the conditions for membership in the General Assembly, the Board of Directors can decide to accept them as an associate member. Alternatively, a person can apply for membership specifically as an affiliate. However, associate members do not have the right to nominate themselves for the Board of Directors.
Associate Member Conditions
- A member shall be considered an associate in the association if he applies for membership in the association and it appears that one of the regular membership conditions does not apply to him and a decision is issued by the Board of Directors to accept him as an associate member, or he applies for membership as an associate.

- The associate member may address the association via any available means, and the Board of Directors or its authorized representative must provide the answer via the same means or via the address registered in the membership register.
Institution Member
Institution Membership
Membership is open to scientific institutions and associations specializing within the sector. These members are expected to contribute to the activities of the association and to the scientific and professional production in the association’s fields in order to achieve its goals, which ultimately serve the profession.

استحقاق عضوية مجلس الإدارة، حق التصويت، رئاسة أو عضوية اللجان
يحصل العضو العادي على عضوية الجمعية العمومية ومن ثم عضوية مجلس الإدارة إن رشح وانتخب على عضويته. تعتبر العضوية العادية لمن هم من أصحاب الشخصيات الطبيعية أو الاعتبارية مع مراعاة أحكام العضوية في النظام واللائحة التنفيذية والقواعد التي يصدرها المركز الوطني للقطاع الغير ربحي.
واجبات العضو العادي
- دفع اشتراك سنوي برسوم 500 ريال .
- التعاون مع الجمعية ومنسوبيها لتحقيق أهدافها.
- عدم القيام بأي أمر من شأنه أن يُلحِق ضرراً بالجمعية.
- الالتزام بقرارات الجمعية العمومية.
شروط الحصول على العضوية العادية
- ألا يقل عمره عن 21 عاماً.
- أن يكون كامل الأهلية.
- أن يكون حسن السيرة والسلوك.
- الالتزام بسداد اشتراك رسوم العضوية.
- أن يقدم طلب العضوية للجمعية وفق النموذج المعد من المركز.
- أن يكون المتقدم حاصل على الدرجة الجامعية كحد أدنى في مجال التخصص أو الشهادات العالمية والمحلية.
حقوق ومزايا العضو العادي
- حق الحضور والتصويت في الجمعية العمومية.
- رئاسة إحدى اللجان في حال توفرت الخبرات والمهارات اللازمة.
- تلقي المعلومات الأساسية عن نشاطات الجمعية بشكل دوري.

العضو الذي اشترك في تأسيس الجمعية منذ إنشائها أو العضو الذى تقدم بطلب إنضمامه للجمعية واستوفى شروط العضوية العمومية وقبل مجلس الإدارة عضويته يدفع رسوم العضو العادي بالإضافة الى تبرعه للجمعية من حسابه الخاص بمبلغ لا يقل عن (100 ) ألف ريال.

- تبرع العضو للجمعية من حسابه الخاص بملغ لا يقل عن (100,000) مئة ألف ريال سعودي غير مقيدة خلال مدة مجلس الإدارة القائم قبل بدء تاريخ الإنتخابات التي تليه بعشرة أيام عمل، وفي حال وقوع التبرع بعد هذا التاريخ أو في ظل وجود مجلس إدارة مؤقت فيرحل احتساب هذا التبرع لأول انتخابات تجري بعد تاريخ التبرع.
- التعاون مع الجمعية ومنسوبيها لتحقيق أهدافها.
- عدم القيام بأي أمر من شأنه أن يلحق ضررًا بالجمعية.
- الالتزام بقرارات الجمعية العمومية.
حقوق ومزايا العضو الداعم
- حق الحضور والتصويت في الجمعية العمومية على أن يكون للداعم حقوق العضو العادي مضافًا إليها الحق في التصويت في انتخابات مجلس إدارة الجمعية بعدد من الأصوات توازي مجموع ما دفعه من رسوم العضويات والتبرعات غير المقيدة خلال مدة مجلس الإدارة القائم قبل بدء الانتخابات التي تليه بعشرة أيام عمل مقسومًا على قيمة رسم العضوية العادية وذلك للترشيح في دورة انتخابات واحدة.
- في حال كان العضو الداعم شخصية اعتبارية فيمثلها في التصويت والحقوق الممثل النظامي الذي يعينه صاحب الصلاحية في الشخصية الاعتبارية وفقًا للمادة (العاشرة) من اللائحة التنفيذية.
- تلقي المعلومات الأساسية عن نشاطات الجمعية بشكل دوري.
- الاطلاع على المحاضر والمستندات المالية في مقر الجمعية.
- دعوة الجمعية العمومية للانعقاد لاجتماع غير عادي بالتضامن مع 25% من الأعضاء الذين لهم حق حضور الجمعية العمومية.

يكون العضو منسبًا في الجمعية إذا كان ممارسا لتخصص الجمعية و إذا تقدم بطلب عضوية للجمعية وظهر عدم انطباق أحد شروط عضوية الجمعية العمومية عليه وصدر قرار من مجلس الإدارة بقبوله عضوًا منتسبا، أو تقدم بطلب العضوية منتسبا. ولا يحق للعضو المنتسب الترشيح لمجلس الإدارة.

- يكون العضو منسبًا في الجمعية إذا تقدم بطلب عضوية للجمعية وظهر عدم انطباق أحد شروط العضوية العادية عليه وصدر قرار من مجلس الإدارة بقبولة عضوًا منتسبًا، أو تقدم بطلب العضوية منتسبًا.
حقوق العضو المنتسب
- الإشتراك في أنشطة الجمعية.
- تلقي المعلومات الاساسية عن نشاطات الجمعية بشكل دوري كل سنة مالية.
- الاطلاع على مستندات الجمعية ووثائقها.
- للعضو المنتسب مخاطبة الجمعية عبر أي وسيلة متاحة، وعلى مجلس الإدارة أو من يفوضة تقديم الجواب عبر الوسيلة ذاتها أو عبر عنوانة المقيد في سجل العضوية.
